ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

On all standard business working days, orders received by us by 3pm are generally dispatched on the same day - providing we have stock.   Orders received after 3pm will be dispatched on the following business working day.   Special order items or custom colours may take longer.

We use New Zealand Couriers for all of our orders and delivery timeframes may vary depending on their network load.  Under normal conditions the following timeframes will apply:

North Island - Next business day for bags and boxes

South Island - Next business day for bags and two days for boxes

Please note: Residential address deliveries may take longer to be delivered

 

PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK

If you need an item by a specific date and we do not have it in stock, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.  If we cannot provide a suitable alternative, the order will be canceled and refunded, where relevant.

 

PRICING

All prices in the online shop are represented in New Zealand currency, NZD. All prices are exclusive of the New Zealand Government’s Goods and Services Tax (GST), currently set at 15%.  GST is added at the end of the transaction.

All prices are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason at any time.

 

SECURITY

We use the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS Payment Express to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorized and debited in real-time, all in an SSL secure environment. Any credit card details stored for payments are done so on the DPS system.  No credit card information is stored by us and Payment Express protects personal information. 

 

PAYMENT

Payment is by way of either credit/debit card*  or purchase orders that are posted directly to customer trade accounts.

Credit Card transactions are processed in New Zealand and incur a surcharge fee of 2.30% of the invoice total, including GST.

 

SHIPPING

  • NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

    • Orders of $400 or more, before GST is applied, are shipped freight free throughout New Zealand 

    • For orders under $400, before GST is applied, freight will be calculated and added to the invoice once the goods are packed and ready to ship to determine the best shipping option and price.

    • Special order items or custom colours may take longer.

    • Parcel tracking is available.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    • Overseas items will be sent via NZ Post International at the cheapest available option.

    • In some cases, this shipping is not trackable.

    • These parcels are sent at your risk, however, we do our best to use the best possible delivery option.

  • PARCEL TRACKING 

    • Please visit the NZ COURIERS website and enter your tracking number to track the progress of your parcel.

    • We cannot courier to PO Boxes or Private Bags but can post items to these addresses by NZ Post if required.

    • If you have lost your tracking number, please contact us directly.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We may (at our discretion) accept the return of goods for credit but this may incur a handling fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the value of the returned Goods plus any freight.

  • No shipping costs will be refunded and goods must be returned to our warehouse in Tauranga at your own expense.

  • If we have made an error or if the product is defective, please contact us to arrange a return courier label, which will be provided at our expense.

  • All sale and special order products are final and no refunds or credits are available.   This includes special orders of non-stock items/colours.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order please email us as soon as possible, however, if your order has already been processed and dispatched it cannot be canceled and must be returned/exchanged according to the provision above.  There will be no refund for any freight component.


PRODUCT WARRANTIES

  • Manufacturing Defect Warranty - We will credit or replace any items where a defect has occurred through the manufacturing process. This does not include vandalism or if the product has been used in an application it was not designed for or incorrectly installed and damage has occurred.
  • Manufacturers Warranty – Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty of a minimum of one year, subject to individual manufacturers' terms and conditions. A copy of the manufacturer's warranties is available on request.
